New Neuroscience DirectorEdward "Ted" Jones, an acclaimed investigator of the human brain at UC Irvine and president-elect of the Society for Neuroscience, has been named director of the Center for Neuroscience. He will join the UC Davis faculty in July as a professor of psychiatry in the School of Medicine. As academic leader of the six-year-old center, he will be responsible for its ongoing growth and development. Jones is an authority on brain anatomy and a leading researcher on the central nervous system.
