Carole Hom

Carole received a doctorate in Ecology at the University of Tennesee, with a focus on theoretical ecology and herpetology (see favorite critter at left). Since then, she has taught mathematics, served as a faculty advisor, and coordinated interdisciplinary training grants in mathematical biology, biological invasions, and quantitative biology. She teaches BIS 132 each fall and co-teaches various courses for the Biological Invasions IGERT.
